This is the shape that most women long for. Women with hour glass shape have a perfectly proportioned shape on the top as well as the bottom with a well defined waist. You will tend to gain weight all over your body.
- Pear
In comparison to hips, shoulders are narrow. The waist is defined, hips and bottom are full. You will gain weight in the butt and hips.
- Ruler
This is the shape from top to bottom. Narrow hips and a small chest. The ruler is waif like and thin, you will probably gain weight in the stomach and butt, while your arms and legs stay thin.
