If we didn’t do anything about it now, will you still be in the same place you are in now, later? Is it fair to say that “later” will feel like “now”? And then might we be “there” saying why didn’t we just take care of that sooner?
If you don’t grow, you’ll cheat yourself out of the opportunity to connect with the real you, to live as a more fulfilled person.

I don't think I can afford to get a coach. Is it really worth the investment?

I once heard a story about an old man who used to tell his children - we put too much focus on money and too little on the value that we get out of it.
So the real question for you is: can you think about the value first?
 
Getting a coach is definitely not cheap but nor is buying an expensive purse, designer sun glasses or even an after work cocktail to help you forget about your awful day (which never happens in the end).
 
The difference between all these temporary distractions / fillers and personal development is that the latter is all about YOU, your well-being and happiness. You're spending money on claiming your life back. This is the most valuable treat you could allow yourself to have - a transformed life's true value can never be calculated.
