Our patterns are criminals that have highjacked our subconscious mind without us even realizing! Everything is stored in our subconscious mind. Everything has an impact on our daily life that made us being the person who we are today. A bad day at school, a separation, an argument, rejection and loads more can trigger our self-esteem forever. Patterns will repeat themselves over and over until we stop doing stuff out of fear. In order to break our sabotage pattern and free ourselves, we need to find and neutralize the crime scene where it all happened.

A new life situation like the one we're in right now with COVID-19 has completely disrupted and interrupted our life flow as we knew it short of 6 weeks ago.
